Pharmacy Technician 

A well-established compounding pharmacy in Irvine is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. If you’re detail-oriented, strong with customer service, and confident processing prescriptions in a busy pharmacy, this could be a great fit.

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (no weekends)
Location: Irvine, CA (on-site)
Type: Temp-to-hire
Benefits: Paid holidays, paid vacation (per program)

What you’ll do

• Support the pharmacist with prescription preparation and dispensing
• Enter prescriptions accurately in the pharmacy system (PioneerRx)
• Process refills and insurance claims
• Label medications and maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Assist with non-sterile compounding (preferred)
• Manage inventory, stock, and expiration dates
• Provide excellent service and handle patient questions professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant work area

What we’re looking for

• Active Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• 1+ year retail pharmacy experience (required)
• PioneerRx experience (required)
• Compounding experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well on a team
