Self Directed Employee SDE

A person who lives in Florham Park (Morris County) is looking for a Self-Directed Employee (SDE) to assist him with a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: assistance with food shopping, organizing, assisting with apartment tasks like going through the mail, and other tasks that might come up.  This person is looking for someone who can partner with him in getting what he needs done.   

The role of the SDE (Self-Directed Employee) will report to the individual, and the ideal candidate should be outgoing, encouraging, open-minded, creative, person-centered, and have reliable transportation.  The ideal candidate should expect to be active and be able to go for walks or to the gym.

Schedule of Services:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30 pm- 3:30/ 4:00 pm

• Pay Rate: $25

Qualifications:

• Open-minded and come with a positive attitude and flexibility.

• Must be willing to accept people for who they are and not as a label.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A college degree or in college is a plus.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Must be willing to pass a background check.

• Must be willing to pass a drug screening.

• Is authorized to legally work in the United States.
