Company Overview: Join our dynamic team dedicated to empowering students with diverse abilities to achieve their full potential. As a Physical Therapist (PT) within the school setting, you will play a pivotal role in fostering independence, and enhancing functional skills.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions that support students' participation in academic, social, and extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities:

●       Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' skills.

●       Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, in collaboration with the IEP team and other stakeholders.

●       Provide direct intervention services to students, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment/training, both individually and in groups.

●       Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom and promote the generalization of skills across settings.

●       Support students in developing skills necessary for successful participation in school activities.

●       Monitor students' progress regularly, adjust intervention plans as needed, and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

●       Provide consultation, education, and training to parents, teachers, and other professionals to enhance understanding and support of students' needs.

●       Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, intervention plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork in compliance with legal and professional standards.

●       Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Physical Therapist.

Salary: Independent Contractor rate of $85-95/hr commensurate with experience
