Job Description
Craft the print that clients remember

Great print is no accident—it’s the result of disciplined setup, relentless color control, and thoughtful collaboration. Imagine a tight deadline: you bring up the Heidelberg, lock in registration, correct a subtle color cast with calibrated profiles, and ship a flawless run. That’s the level of craftsmanship we’re after.

Your mission
  • Own end-to-end press operations across offset (web and sheetfed) and flexographic equipment to deliver exacting results.
  • Translate specs into production: audit files, refine layouts and typography, and calibrate color using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure color continuity across multiple jobs with robust color management methodologies.
  • Run vigilant quality checks from first sheet to final pallet, verifying density, registration, and spec compliance.
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair issues on presses, CNC-integrated components, and related machining tools.
  • Partner with prepress to validate proofs and confirm readiness before plates hit the cylinders.
  • Support material movement by safely operating forklifts when required.
  • Model clean, safe, compliant work practices and help build a culture of safety.
  • Train and support new team members to raise the bar on consistency and throughput.
  • Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, quality, and workflow.
About you
  • 5+ years in a commercial or manufacturing print environment; offset lithography background strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical fluency with lithographic processes and press setup techniques.
  • Broad prepress expertise—imposition, trapping, proofing—and production coordination.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiency for press-ready preparation.
  • Mastery of color management systems and standards used in professional print and advertising.
  • Command of design principles, layout, typography, and end-to-end production flows.
  • Quality control acumen; you identify and correct issues early.
  • Analytical, fast-resolving approach to technical problems during live runs.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail while handling multiple projects.
Core strengths
  • Machine setups for production
  • Web offset operations
  • Sheetfed offset operations

If precision, color excellence, and continuous improvement motivate you, this role offers a dynamic manufacturing environment where your expertise truly matters.
