Truss Builder (Production / Assembly)Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m and some Saturdays.
Location: Wadena, MN area 

Penmac Staffing is hiring Truss Builders to work with one of our local manufacturing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The Truss Builder role is ideal for candidates with assembly or production experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a team. As a Truss Builder, you will assist with assembling wood trusses on a production line, operating basic production equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail are important for success in this role.

Truss Builder Responsibilities

• Cut, position, and hammer wood trusses according to specifications
• Assemble products efficiently on a production line
• Operate basic production line equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Store goods and materials properly
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements for the Truss Builder

• Previous assembly or production experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and submit to required screenings
