Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) Location unspecified. This role supports adult and geriatric patient care within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, involving diagnostic and interventional procedures. The position requires adherence to scheduled shifts, on-call requirements, and compliance with certification standards.
Job Details
- Position Description: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including placement and removal of cardiac devices, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and using specialized equipment such as IABP and rotablation atherectomy.
- Certifications & Education: ARRT-R and/or RCIS accepted, BLS, ACLS required. Active MD or Compact license must be maintained.
- Experience: 2 years recent/strong cath lab experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
- Schedule: Shift time is Days, with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, including scheduled on-call duties approximately 8 weeknights and 4 weekends per 6-week schedule.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope, adhere to compliance requirements, and be available for the specified start date.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 72 hours of signing and submit compliance documentation 5 days prior to start.
