Babysitter Needed

Im looking for someone reliable and caring to help with my 2-year-old son. I share 50/50 custody, so I only need help on my parenting days, which follow a consistent two-week schedule. My main need is daycare pickup and hanging out/caring for him for 2ish hours afterward while I finish work (4:30 p.m. - 6:30 pm). Id also love to find someone who could also potentially be available for occasional daycare closures, sick days, or babysitting when available.
