As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced On-Site Full-Charge Bookkeeper to become an important part of our team. Key Responsibilities

📊 Accounting & Finance

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Maintain the General Ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Process payroll through ADP.
• Prepare sales tax filings and coordinate with our CPA.
• Assist with year-end financial reporting and audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting.

🗂 Office Administration

• Support daily office operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee records.
• Maintain organized company records and documentation.
• Support executive management with reports and special projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Payroll processing experience (ADP preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus.
