JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - fine dining - Now Hiring

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into kitchen leadership. This position is heavily focused on expo, line cooking, communication, and helping lead service alongside the chef team. Ideal for a strong line cook looking for their first real management opportunity, this role is fast-paced and hands-on, with opportunities to grow leadership, organization, and team management skills in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all kitchen operations, including prep, service, and execution at the highest fine-dining standards
• Support menu development, tastings, and seasonal changes
• Help lead, train, and mentor culinary staff
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house and leadership teams during service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-caliber restaurants
• Desire to grow into a culinary leadership position
• Passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation culinary environment
• Flexibility to assist at multiple locations during the opening phase
