Nursing Office Support/Lab Assistant - Federal Work Study ONLY

Stephens College is seeking a motivated and dependable Federal Work Study eligible student helper to assist with the Nursing Skills Lab and provide general office support. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist faculty and staff in setting up and maintaining Nursing Skills Lab equipment, supplies, and learning stations.
• Clean and reset the Nursing Skills Lab after student use, ensuring supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Ensure classroom space remains organized and ready for use.
• Monitor inventory of lab supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner and provide department tours as needed.
• Assist in coordinating events for the nursing department.
• Perform general office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Stephens College student in good academic standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.

Work Schedule

Scheduled hours will be between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
