Position: Canvassing Manager
Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You’ll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.
Responsibilities
• Interview, hire, train, and lead a team of canvassers to achieve performance goals.
• Develop daily route plans and schedules to maximize team productivity.
• Create and execute effective canvassing strategies to increase lead generation.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in the Home Improvement industry.
