About the Role:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and managing a team of cooks, servers, and other kitchen staff. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to effectively communicate with managers, chefs, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service and quality
• Monitor kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budget for food and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality control measures
• Maintain accurate records of menu planning, inventory, and staff performance
• Collaborate with other departments to develop menus, recipes, and special events
