Job Type: Full-time

Salary + Commission based pay, best of both worlds-stable income and performance based pay

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Auto Repair Shop
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedule and assign work to service technicians
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures, including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, transmissions, shocks, struts, and suspension systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
