Position: Canvassing Manager
Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You’ll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.
Responsibilities
-Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
-Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
-Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
-Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in -Home Improvement Industry.
