Field Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.
Compensation & Perks
-$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)

You'll be responsible for:
-Hiring and onboarding canvassers
-Training reps on scripts and objection handling
-Setting daily/weekly performance goals
-Managing schedules and territories
-Coaching in the field
-Tracking KPIs and reporting results
You need:
-Proven experience managing a canvassing team
-Strong leadership and coaching skills
-Comfortable working in the field
-Reliable transportation
