Interface BA

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Interface Business Analyst to support a large-scale Medicaid (MMIS) environment. This role will lead healthcare data integration initiatives, interface design, data analysis, testing, and production support while partnering with business, technical, and vendor teams.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of interface analysis, integrations, and data analysis experience
• Healthcare payer, Medicaid, or MMIS experience preferred
• Strong SQL, XML, SOAP Web Services, and SFTP skills
• Experience with SoapUI or similar testing tools
• Knowledge of interface design, data mapping, and system integrations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
