Job Details- Setting: Hospital-based Interventional Radiology department
- Employment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Schedule: Every other weekend required; on-call coverage required
- Orientation: Weekly orientation available on Mondays, barring holidays
- Hours: 40 hours per week; guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710–$2,920
- Location: Boston, MA 02215
- Minimum of 1 year of radiology or interventional radiology experience preferred
- Vocational or technical training in Radiologic Technology required
- Current Massachusetts radiology license required
- Current ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with neuro or CT procedures in addition to IR required
- GE/Siemens equipment knowledge preferred
- Scrub and circulator experience required
- Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge preferred
- Experience with angiography procedures such as TIPS and angioplasty preferred
- Assist with interventional radiology procedures in a high-volume hospital setting
- Prepare patients and equipment for vascular and image-guided procedures
- Scrub and circulate during procedures as needed
- Support neuro and CT-related interventional workflows
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth procedural flow
- Maintain a high standard of patient safety, professionalism, and procedural accuracy
- Participate in weekend and on-call rotations as scheduled
