Shift: 10-Hour Days
Schedule: Days only + every other weekend
License: Massachusetts Radiology License required
Registration: ARRT (RT) required
Position Overview
BILH is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 10-hour day-shift position. The ideal candidate will have strong IR experience along with additional training in Neuro or CT.
The technologist must be comfortable working in both scrub and circulator roles and should have strong knowledge of IR procedures and equipment.
Schedule
- 10-hour day shifts only
- Every other weekend required
- Weekend coverage is required
- On-call coverage is required
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays, barring holidays
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology
- Active Massachusetts Radiology License
- ARRT (RT) registration
- Strong Interventional Radiology experience
- Must be trained in Neuro or CT in addition to IR
- Scrub and circulator experience
- Knowledge of GE and/or Siemens equipment
- Must be available for weekend and on-call coverage
Preferred Experience
Candidates with the following experience are strongly preferred:
- Extensive knowledge of thrombectomy devices
- Stroke thrombectomy procedures
- PE (Pulmonary Embolism) thrombectomy
- TIPS procedures
- Angioplasty
- Other advanced angiographic/interventional procedures
