Description
American Traveler is hiring a Rad Tech - Radiology for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT (R) certification and 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Hospital-based diagnostic radiology department (DX) located on the 2nd floor of the F tower
- 800-bed facility with staffing that includes technologists and supervisors across day, evening, and night shifts
- Uses GE fixed and portable imaging equipment, Shiatzu portables, OEC C-arms, and Medtronic O-arms
- Charting is done in Cerner Rad Net
- Shift runs from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday through Sunday
- Weekend rotation required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiologic technology
- ARRT (R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Experience in all areas of diagnostic radiology including portable and OR imaging
- Experience with ED trauma imaging required
- Fluoroscopic procedure experience preferred
- US SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic imaging including portable, trauma, fluoroscopic, and surgical procedures
- Ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can also work independently
- Black scrubs required
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; no local candidates will be accepted
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
