Companion Care Needed

Help needed for myself in my 50s - seeking part-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Responsibilities include meal preparation, organizing the room or kitchen (e. g. putting things away). We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). There are no pets in the household. Someone who understands English and has some experience with post orthopedic surgery recovery process that would be great!
