Job Description
Service and Parts Advisor – Customer Service
· $25-$30/Starting hourly
· Hooksett, NH
· Monday – Friday
· First Shift – 8am – 5pm

Duties:
· Coordinate and oversee vehicle repairs from diagnosis through completion.
· Communicate with customers, Technicians, warranty companies, vendors, and internal departments.
· Interview customers to determine repair needs and provide recommendations and estimates.
· Assign and dispatch work to Technicians while ensuring fair workload distribution and timely completion.
· Review repairs in progress, confirm diagnoses, and approve repairs according to established guidelines.
· Create, update, and finalize repair orders and purchase orders.
· Perform road tests to verify vehicle concerns and complete repairs.
· Process customer payments and cash transactions.
· Assist with parts ordering, receiving, returns, and inventory as needed.
· Monitor dispatch systems, timecards, and repair tracking to ensure accuracy.
· Identify safety concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
· Provide coverage for Service Advisor, Dispatcher, and Parts Counter duties as needed.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
