Role Overview
BEPC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support critical customer requirements through project execution, material readiness planning, and cross-functional coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with experience in supply chain, manufacturing, materials management, production planning, or operations who enjoys solving complex problems and keeping high-priority customer commitments on track.
In this role, you will coordinate projects from initiation through completion, drive build and material readiness plans, identify supply and production risks, and develop recovery strategies when challenges arise. You will work closely with Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deliverables are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, schedules, and deliverables are achieved.
- Drive build plans and material readiness activities supporting critical customer requirements.
- Partner with Customer Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to align customer priorities with operational execution.
- Develop and implement recovery plans for material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges.
- Establish project schedules, define responsibilities, monitor progress, and drive accountability across project teams.
- Identify project and operational risks early and lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
- Track project performance and communicate status, risks, metrics, and priorities to leadership.
- Prepare clear project updates and executive-level reports.
- Coordinate across planning, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects and changing business needs simultaneously.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen operational performance, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
- Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify risks, develop recovery plans, and drive issues through resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing customer and business priorities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrated supply chain, customer operations, materials management, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of build planning, material readiness, material management, and recovery planning processes.
- Experience working within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience coordinating projects involving material shortages or supply chain constraints.
- PMP or another recognized project management certification is a plus.
