Position: Warehouse Associate - Reach Truck Operator, A Shift
Industry: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.

Shifts Available:
A Shift - Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
B Shift- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
C Shift- Monday-Friday 5:30pm-2:30am
Job Description:

Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/Unload inbound trucks and verify shipments against packing slips
• Scan and label products accurately for inventory control
• Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway)
• Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude
