Talent Corps is hiring experienced Sprinkler Fitters for a commercial project in Austin, TX We’re looking for reliable and skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings
• Work with black steel, galvanized, and CPVC piping using threaded, grooved, or welded installation methods
• Operate mechanical and hydraulic threaders, groovers, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine system layout and piping routes
• Cut, thread, and install pipes, hangers, valves, and related components
• Conduct hydrostatic testing and inspections to ensure compliance with NFPA standards
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and fire code regulations

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of sprinkler fitting experience in commercial construction
• Familiarity with NFPA 13 standards and local fire codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Strong knowledge of rigid pipe, hangers, valves, and fittings
• Experience with threading and grooving machines
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• NICET certification or local Sprinkler Fitter License preferred
