Production Machine Operator / Material Handler

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.75/hour
• Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Machine Operators / Material Handlers to support our manufacturing operations. This position will operate production equipment, move materials, inspect products, and assist with maintaining an efficient and safe production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and components from production equipment.
• Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor equipment during production.
• Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Accurately count, label, stage, and organize materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete production paperwork and basic documentation as required.
• Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns.
• Assist other production team members as needed.
• Follow all company safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic production machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Shift Availability

1st Shift: $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: $18.75/hour
Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts
