Position Overview
Seeking Non-CDL Drivers & Helpers to handle final-mile delivery and installation of appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves for residential and commercial customers. Appliance installation experience is required for this opportunity.This is a contract opportunity, ideal for someone that want to join a growing team looking for steady, dedicated routes. Requirements

• Drivers - Need to have a DOT Medical Card or obtain one
• Drivers: Able to operate a 26’ box truck with liftgate 
• Ability to meet all DOT/state/federal requirements
• Tools for appliance delivery and installation
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more, carry, assemble, and install appliances
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Availability Monday through Saturday

Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to residential locations
• Assist with the unloading, handling, and precise placement of appliances at customer sites
• Install appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment following manufacturer guidelines and schematics
• Conduct basic appliance repairs or troubleshooting when necessary, including mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration issues
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and setup
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily delivery schedules efficiently while maintaining safety standards

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and install appliances in homes and businesses
• Load/unload and handle products with care
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop
• Maintain delivery records and communicate with dispatch
• Perform routine vehicle inspections
• Ability to show up on time and uniformed every morning.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
• Prior delivery driver experience is highly desirable
• Mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair or field service roles
• Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC components, and equipment repair techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Basic assembly skills for appliance installation and troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures related to appliance installation is a plus
