Community Response Coordinator

Job Description:

The Community Response Coordinator will coordinate activities and directly support the three county-based CRTs (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex). This includes planning, approving, and implementing appropriate community activities/events. This individual is responsible to form and maintain strong relationships within and between the CRT members, community partners, individuals in the community. The goal of Community Response Teams is to provide a ready team of volunteers to hold and staff events to support the state’s response to the overdose epidemic, including training on and distributing naloxone kits. This position reports to the Community Response Branch Manager.

Qualification:

Prior community volunteer coordination is preferred.

Weekend and evening hours are expected to be covered regularly by flexing normal hours.
