Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $35–$45/hour, based on experience and skill level
Overtime: Available
Expected Compensation: $70,000 base at MLAP; up to $100,000+ total

Wrenches Wanted: Strong A Tech or Solid B Tech

Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care is a fast-growing, high-volume, full-service repair shop hiring an experienced A Tech or a strong B Tech ready to level up.

You’ll have a consistent car count, an experienced team, and a clean, organized environment where technicians are treated like professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability concerns
• Repair brake, suspension, and steering systems
• Perform engine-performance work and repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical concerns
• Repair A/C and cooling systems
• Complete routine maintenance and inspections

Qualifications

• A Tech: Five or more years of experience with strong diagnostic ability
• B Tech: Three or more years of experience with solid mechanical skills
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic personal tools
