Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) at Midwest region. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, adhering to facility protocols, and collaborating with a healthcare team to optimize patient recovery. The assignment is scheduled to begin on 09/14/2026 and conclude on 03/14/2027, with full-time hours during daytime shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, and at least 0 years of prior experience in the role; candidate must have a current active license and be eligible to work in the specified location

- Additional Information: This assignment requires completion of documentation directly with the organization outside of the staffing agency's clearance process before beginning. Candidates should have the ability to start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. For agencies, questions regarding submissions should be directed to the designated contact. Candidates who have worked perm or PRN at this organization within the last year are not eligible to reapply until a one-year separation has occurred. Those with prior travel or perm/PRN experience more than a year ago should consult with the designated representative to determine eligibility. Parking will be provided during the first day.
