Call Requirements: Yes; not a specific number of days/weekends but it is distributed evenly throughout staff RN and CVT.
Weekends: On-call team emergent cases

· Number of Beds – 3 operating cath lab rooms (2 are EP compatible)

· Day Shift; 2 RN's and 2 CV techs per case unless anesthesia or non-invasive.

Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Cath Lab experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchmen, TAVR, INARI, any devices (PPM, ICD ect), impella.

Best personality Fit:
· Team oriented, hardworking, face paced environment.
·
Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
· Scrub Color - Royal blue or black
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
· 2 facility STS, biggest structural volume in El Paso. 50 TAVRS
· Great outcomes, very low PCI mortality
