Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in a small Critical Access Hospital. The role involves providing outpatient, acute care, and long-term care services within a 46-bed medical center. The position begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/28/2026, with a standard schedule of 8-hour days. The therapist will deliver essential occupational therapy services in a diverse setting, supporting patient recovery and functional improvements.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: BLS certification, NBCOT certification, active license in state (compact license accepted), 1 year of experience, and at least 0 years of experience required, with a preference for community hospital experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic charting systems, and experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques such as biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and concurrent therapy modalities.
  • Additional Information: The provider will cover outpatient, acute care, and some long-term care services, utilizing a flexible schedule with standard 8-hour shifts. Housing is provided and typically includes a 1-bedroom apartment. Travelers are expected to cover outpatient, acute care, and LTC services while adhering to assignment requirements, including a commitment to working three of five holidays. Applicants must include responses to specific screening questions and provide two references covering a one-year period within the last three years.
