The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services, and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery
Local Pay: $67 /hr
Travel Pay: $2500+

Position Involves:
- Assessment and Behavior Plan Development and Writing
- Behavior Services Supervision and Training
- Data Analysis
- Clinical Consultation and Team Meetings
Other Duties as Assigned.
- Staying current on physical management and de-escalation training.
- Attending training relevant to behavior and psych team members.
- Developing and providing behavior analytic training to PRC staff members.
- Attending and participating in relevant meetings within PRC and with community providers/members.
- Position must travel to remote work sites and may transport the individuals served.
- Attending and participating in psychiatric appointments/clinics.
