Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for care for our 1-year-old for 3 days a week Mon/Tues/Weds from 8:30-4 p.m. for about a year. We have 3 boys and 2 dogs - it's a busy, fun house! Our big boys will be off at preschool during the time we need care for our little one. Our littlest is such a lovable little guy! Very chill, but wants to be right in the action and explore new things. We are looking for someone who can get him outside, engage him in different activities, and adhere to his nap/play/food schedule.
