Electrical Assembly - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable Electrical Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Morrilton, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints and schematics, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements for the Electrical Assembly Worker

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wiring or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical components and electrical safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe work shoes

Electrical Assembly Worker Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures, rules, and safety regulations
• Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical components as needed
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and plant specifications
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and assist with repairs when needed
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining equipment, parts, and supplies
• Assist in other production and assembly areas as assigned
• Use hand and power tools while working around electrical systems and components

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday
• Frequently push, pull, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Work safely around moving equipment, sharp edges, and congested work areas
