We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a permanent, full-time position. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide high-quality therapy services designed to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence.The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care while working collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other members of the healthcare team.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical TherapistProvide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, strengthening exercises, transfer training, and functional mobility interventionsMonitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical TherapistAssist patients in improving strength, mobility, endurance, balance, and functional independenceEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare teamParticipate in care planning and assist with discharge planning as appropriateMaintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environmentProvide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting established rehabilitation goalsRequirementsRequired: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programRequired: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practicePrevious clinical experience preferredStrong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the supervising Physical TherapistCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered careWhat We OfferPermanent employment opportunityCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holiday payContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career growth and advancement
