Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, development and progression of individualized treatment plans, implementation of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques, patient and family education, and regular reassessment using objective outcome measures. The therapist will work closely with referring providers and other team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.A typical day involves managing a schedule of mostly adult patients with occasional adolescent or older adult cases. Patient volumes are designed to support both productivity and quality, with appointment lengths structured to allow for thorough evaluation and treatment. Documentation is completed in an electronic medical record system, with time allotted to maintain accurate and timely charting. Therapists are encouraged to participate in case discussions, in-service training, and ongoing clinical education.Shifts generally align with standard outpatient hours, with some clinics offering early morning or early evening appointments to accommodate patient schedules.
