This outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in Pensacola, Florida, a vibrant Gulf Coast city known for its stunning sugar-white beaches, clear turquoise waters and warm, sunny climate. The environment is designed to be collaborative, with regular opportunities to consult with peers and learn from experienced clinicians across multiple specialties.As an outpatient Physical Therapist in this setting, you will evaluate and treat a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload, including post-operative patients, acute and chronic injuries, spine conditions, sports-related injuries and work-related impairments. A typical day includes initial evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, progression of therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy interventions and patient education focused on functional goals and injury prevention. You will document care in an electronic medical record system, communicate with referring providers and participate in case conferences as needed.Patient volume and scheduling are structured to allow focused one-on-one care while maintaining steady clinic flow. The caseload may include adolescents through older adults, with opportunities to work with athletes and active individuals from the local community. The clinic offers access to modern equipment and updated treatment spaces, supporting a wide range of therapeutic interventions, functional training and return-to-activity programs.Shifts are typically daytime hours on weekdays, with schedules designed around clinic operating hours and patient demand. Some flexibility in scheduling may be available depending on clinic needs. Coverage may occasionally be needed at nearby sister clinics, providing exposure to different patient populations and clinical teams while remaining within the Pensacola area.This role is well suited for clinicians who value a supportive, growth-oriented environment. There are opportunities to pursue specialization, participate in continuing education and develop expertise in areas such as sports rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular therapy or industrial rehabilitation.
