Looking for steady, hands-on assembly work? A well-established Worcester, MA manufacturer needs experienced hand solderers for high-volume bench assembly — this is traditional soldering work, not SMT or microscope-based precision work.

The Job:

• Hand-solder and assemble small electro-mechanical components
• Fast-paced, repetitive bench work — production quotas apply
• Quality checks on your own work
• Clean and organized workstation upkeep

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
✔ Hand soldering experience (traditional bench method)
✔ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
✔ Ability to work quickly and consistently in a production setting
✔ HS Diploma or equivalent
✔ Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
✔ Reliable attendance

Pay & Perks:
