Overview
We are seeking a HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in the field. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems for our clients. Seeking a Plumber also but skill in both postions is a great benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform welding and plumbing tasks as required for system installations or repairs.
  • Provide exceptional field service by responding promptly to service calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, and refrigerate processes.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in welding, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver's license may be required for field service duties.
  • Certification in HVAC or related fields is preferred but not mandatory with intension of getting Licensed.
