MUST BE ABLE TO:

*Use a saw properly and safely - Paid Training

*Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs multiple times a day.   

*Be able to follow SOP’s and keep your environment clean and sanitary.

*Forklift experience a plus.

* Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm

Tasks needed:

*Monitor and cleaning of freezers

*Band Saw (assembling use, disassembling, and cleaning)

*Use of a scale will be required with light mathematics

*Processor must be able to comfortably lift at least 50lbs multiple times a day

*Processor must be able to stand for long periods of time

*Work in cold to semi-cold conditions to protect integrity of the product

*Processor must follow all safety requirements listed with operating heavy machinery

*As a Process Technician the employee is expected to follow ZyCal procedures and policies as written

* This job requires the use of a band saw to cut and clean organic bovine bone

*Labeling, forms, batch record, cleaning logbooks as a part of Good Documentation practices

*At the end of the day, all equipment, materials, utensils, and rooms are cleaned as per procedure requirements

*Participation in Incoming Bone Receipt

*Participation with facility cleaning

*Assisting with unloading deliveries

*Cross training in other areas of manufacturing

Compensation:  $22.50-$26.25 an hour plus paid holidays, benefits, Stock options
