An established heavy industrial manufacturing facility is expanding its maintenance team and is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, solving problems, and working in a safety-first environment.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime by troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of industrial systems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley experience preferred)
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
  • Work closely with production and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues
  • Follow all plant safety policies while contributing to a strong safety culture
  • Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs


Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment and who enjoy solving technical problems.


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Allen-Bradley controls experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Commitment to safe work practices
