Babysitter Needed

I will be away on business for about a month, my wife is a school aid and is usually home around 2:30. This is our first time getting a babysitter and we are a bit nervous. Our 3-year-old is a spunky fun little girl, we would just need morning care and light house keeping. We have dogs so must be able to be okay with a bigger breed of dog ( German shepherd) Im a dog trainer so my dogs are well behaved. Must be non smoker.
