Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for an energetic and reliable nanny for our two boys in Falls Church. While both will be in school full-time, we're looking for morning help with lunch-packing and drop-off, laundry/groceries/errands, etc., and occasional help in the afternoon/evenings on weekdays and weekends. For the right person, we will guarantee 40/hrs a week to get full-time. Willing to do occasional overnights and travel with us would be a strong preference.
