Job Description
TRC is searching for a Material Handler that supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material movement in a fast-paced, regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
Some OT as needed
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and ERP records.
Document receipts and store materials in designated locations.
Pull, verify, and deliver materials for production orders.
Prepare, pack, crate, and ship materials and finished goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
Complete equipment inspections and maintain a clean warehouse.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications:
2+ years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving, kitting, or packing.
ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Strong teamwork and adaptability.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
Ability to distinguish colors visually.
Valid California driver's license.
Preferred:
Certified forklift operator.
