Job Description
You'll have the chance to build and lead a comprehensive ENT service line for a regional community that has been without local ENT coverage for years. This is a full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) physician role with broad adult and pediatric scope and strong built-in referral demand. Practice Overview
- Establish a comprehensive ENT practice serving a regional catchment area of ~70,000 across western North Dakota and eastern Montana
- Mix of outpatient clinic, in-office procedures, and surgical cases with hospital and clinic located adjacent to each other
- Broad case mix: General ENT, Otology, Rhinology, Laryngology, and Pediatric ENT
- Support includes dedicated MA, CNA support, dedicated nursing support, and virtual scribes; established local audiology presence
Schedule
- Clinic hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Flexible options: traditional M-F, 4×10s, or custom arrangements including part-time/shift-based
- Shared clinic/OR model with blocked scheduling: new patients 30-45 minutes; follow-ups 15-20 minutes
- Call is for your own patients while onsite
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary guarantee: 513,679 (prorated for non-traditional or part-time schedules); 3-year contract
- Incentives: wRVU-based salary + incentive model; productivity and quality bonuses offered
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary; relocation allowance: 15,000 (receipts-based)
- Malpractice with tail coverage; CME 3,500 (or 5,000 for double-boarded); full insurance package (health/dental/vision/life/STD/LTD) plus licensing/credentialing/dues covered; PSLF-eligible employer and education stipend option (24,000) for physicians in at least PGY-2
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Open to experienced physicians and new grads; Pediatrics fellowship preferred
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B)
