Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Kansas SLP license (required)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of students (caseloads range from 20 to 55, depending on role)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance
• Engage families in the therapy process and support carryover of skills at home
• Participate in school meetings and committees as needed
