Requirements:

• Must hold, or be in the process of securing, an active CDE license (candidates without this cannot be considered)
• At least one year of classroom experience in a special education setting
• Flexible, collaborative, and eager to work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team
• Submit a copy of your active CDE license or COOL transcript along with your resume

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction to a small, structured caseload of students
• Partner with paraeducators and peer mentors to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with related service providers (BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, Psych/SW)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtfully to student planning and advocacy
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing classroom needs and dynamics
