You're stepping into a turnkey Urology practice built to meet a long-standing community need with immediate patient demand. This is a Urology role with strong internal referral support and the flexibility to shape your practice the way you want. Practice Overview
- You'll join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving a broad rural region of western North Dakota and eastern Montana
- Turnkey practice with strong administrative support and a large internal referral network (primary care, family medicine, and women's health)
- Bread-and-butter urology; practice model can be clinic-only with zero surgical responsibilities if you prefer
- Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, CNA support, dedicated nursing support, and virtual scribes; no APPs currently, with the option to hire
Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Flexible options: traditional M-F, 4×10s, custom arrangements, and part-time/shift-based options
- OR vs. clinic split is based on your preference; can be structured as clinic-only if desired
- Call schedule: none
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary guarantee: 587,996 (3-year guarantee; prorated for part-time/non-traditional schedules)
- Production: 8,971 wRVU threshold; 65.54 per wRVU over threshold; additional productivity and quality bonuses offered
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary; relocation allowance: 15,000 (based on receipts)
- Malpractice with tail coverage; CME: 3,500 (5,000 if double-boarded); comprehensive health/dental/vision/life/STD/LTD; licensing/credentialing/dues covered; PSLF-eligible employer and optional 24,000 educational stipend for residents (year 2+)
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Open to experienced physicians and new grads
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B)
