Industrial Maintenance Technician

Alliance / Northeast Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

Regal Staffing Services is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for clients throughout the Alliance and Northeast Fort Worth area. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals with experience maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and other electrical components
• Maintain forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment
• Complete minor facility and building repairs as needed
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with production or fabrication equipment preferred
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial electrical systems is a plus
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
