Bookkeeper

• Weekly pay of $17.00-$20.00 DOE per hour

• Direct deposit & debit card payment options

• Weekly Pay

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis

• Utilize accounting software and financial systems efficiently

• Generate financial reports for management, executives, or external stakeholders

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

• Onsite only

• Bookkeeper experience preferred

• QuickBooks experience required

• Excel experience required

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to work in the US

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle)

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)

• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
